Worcester City Council, Malvern Hills District Council and Wychavon District Council jointly published a Draft Affordable Housing SPD for consultation in accordance with Regulations 12 and 13 of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
The Affordable Housing SPD explains the details of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (SWDP) policies that relate to the provision of affordable housing. It is a guide intended to help developers, landowners, applicants for planning permission, Registered providers (RPs) and others who are seeking to provide or benefit from affordable housing.
The Affordable Housing SPD covers the administrative areas of Worcester City Council, Malvern Hills District Council and Wychavon District Council.
The Draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document consultation ran for six weeks from 9am Monday 14th March 2016 to 5pm Monday 25th April 2016.
