Local Development Scheme
The LDS is a project management document which sets out the council priorities for producing planning policy documents over the coming three years. The latest version was adopted at Council meetings held on 22 February 2022 (Malvern Hills District Council and Worcester City Council) and 23 February 2022 (Wychavon District Council).

Statement of Community Involvement
The Statement of Community Involvement sets out who, how and when the three Councils will engage with in the preparation of planning policies and in deciding planning applications.

Supplementary Planning Documents

Community Infrastructure Levy
The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a locally set charge (levy) that came in force on 6 April 2010 through the CIL Regulations 2010 (as amended). The CIL is a charge that Local Authorities in England can place on new development in their area. The money generated through CIL will contribute to the funding of infrastructure to support development growth in South Worcestershire.
