SWDP Review Inspector's Report

On 12 March 2026, we received the Inspector's Report on the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2021 - 2041. This concluded the independent examination of the SWDP Review. 

The Inspector's concluded that the SWDP Review was legally sound and compliant subject to Main Modifications. The Main Modifications that the Inspector's have found necessary are appended to the final report.

Next steps

The formal adoption of the SWDP Review is subject to Council approval which is expected to take place on:
